fix: match API surface browser design

What this changes

• Places API surface controls inside the search card from the approved design.
• Renders each surface-specific catalog entry as its own model row.
• Shows the API surface badge and SDK method on every row.
• Keeps model names readable on mobile by wrapping row metadata.

Before opening

• npm run validate and npm test pass locally
• No existing parameter was removed
