This fork has edited the original metafusion code for production into our FORTE pipelines. Recommended use with a docker or singularity image available through cmopipeline.

Differences from original metafusion repo include:

• Script for creation of gene_bed on v75.gtf
• Script for specialized creation of gene_info file for FORTE
• Comments on logic
• Reveal assigned transcript
