Please approve but do not merge yet.

Update the wiki domain from wiki.mesh.nycmesh.net to wiki.nycmesh.net.

The cut over plan is:

  1. Start maintenance window
  2. Make wiki read-only
  3. Merge CNAME wiki.mesh.nycmesh.net to grandbox for redirection after cutover nycmesh-dns#98
  4. Final backup
  5. Restore backup on new infra
  6. Manual domain update command on new infra
  7. Make wiki NOT read-only
  8. Merge this MR
  9. End maintenance window
  10. Merge Update wiki domain to wiki.nycmesh.net docs#201
