HPG BigData v0.5.0

First stable release, main features:

• basic converters for GA4GH data models in Avro and Parquet developed for VCF and BAM
• some basic functionality to work with NGS files implemented such as stats and coverage of BAM file susing MR
• a basic CLI developed to convert and index data

This constitutes the project set up and first stable release

Initial Release

First release of HPG BigData. Main features:

• Maven submodules structure
• First CLI version
• Some converters using GA4GH models
