[enocean] Add support for pilot wire mode

Heating devices using EEP D2-01-0C can be controlled through a pilotwire mode. These commands should be therefore added to the EEP too.

Allmost three years have passed, can you confirm if this is still an issue?
@lovery is adding some EEP, maybe something that can be picked up with one of those PRs?

I don’t know anything more than what is described P144 of https://www.enocean-alliance.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/EnOcean_Equipment_Profiles_EEP_v2.6.7_public.pdf

I do have a device that would allow me to test.

I can also have a look at implementation in other home automation solutions.

Don’t have such a device. So I hope that with this information someone with more knowledge to the binding has a jump start in adding support.
