K8SPS-331 - Add chainsaw binary into Jenkinsfile

CHANGE DESCRIPTION

Problem:
We have a community PR to migrate tests from kuttl to chainsaw, but the tests cannot run because community is not allowed to make changes in Jenkinsfile.

Solution:
Add chainsaw binary into our pipeline, until we evaluate it and eventually remove kuttl.

CHECKLIST
