Want to make sure that we learn some good policies. I reduce k from 8 to 4. I use the hyperparams that worked for tailstorm-8-discount. These take quite long, so I only look at high alpha (>= 40%) and one gamma (50%).
Spar was complete on last batch!
Now do k=8, less protocols, gamma=95%.

I explore here a new protocol that improves on Tailstorm. I then apply the old Tailstorm RL pipeline to the new protocol.
