DO NOT MERGE THIS PULL REQUEST

This is a PoC task to apply arena GraphQL provided by mimir.

Changes

  • Introduce MimirQuery with GetMetadataBlockIndexAsync method.
  • Add MimirUrl to CommandLineOptions.
  • Add ApiClients.Mimir.
  • Implement MimirQuery.GetArenaParticipantsAsync method and use in RxProps.Arena with headless fallback.
  • Logging elapsed.
