The table which counts unique/total/mean variants in each category per participant is dodgy af, fix the stats.

  • Comp-hets are ONE variant
  • Just make the whole thing WAY less complicated

Also, add a count of phenotype-matched variants (as shown by the tooltip)

Layer on top of this:

  • Count of phenotype-matched variants per gene
  • Count of unique categories per variant (i.e. proportion of variants with 3 different categories attached, 2, 1... etc.)
