Brings 6-7 weeks of drift across the org profile repo to a consistent
2026-08-21 state. Reconciles facts against PRD v2.1 and README, which
are the canonical source of truth.
Reconciled facts:
- 14-year VA industry veteran (was already consistent)
- 8-year Amazon PPC specialist (was 6yr in MASTER-PLAN.md)
- AMPH Academy v2 = live (was inconsistently named "PPC Companion" /
"Adcraft Academy" in places)
- Currently in Master Plan Phase 3 (was stuck at Phase 0)
- Date stamp: 2026-08-21 across all top-level + subfolder docs
Top-level (8 files):
- README.md - refreshed task list, current-build section, stamp
- AGENTS.md - directory map, related repos, removed Hermes paths
- PRD.md - bumped to v2.1
- DEV-PLAN.md - fixed Phase 5 (was PLANNED, actually Live), Phase 6
status, resolved open Q1 (custom LMS resolved)
- MASTER-PLAN.md - 6yr to 8yr, Phase 0 to Phase 3, current week noted
- WORKLOG.md - added 2026-08-21 session entry
- TODO.md - pointer to GitHub Issues (replaces empty placeholder)
- KANBAN.md - pointer to GitHub Projects (replaces empty placeholder)
