Collection of freely available property data and tools to retrieve and process them.
Each folder corresponds to a different type of data and we will aim to combine all tools, instruction and processed data grouped together via folders.
Below is a list of all the available data.
Taken from Land Registry. This data gives numbers of applications for first registrations, leases, transfers of part, dealings, official copies and searches completed with HM Land Registry by account holders in the preceding month.
Taken from Land Registry. This data shows all propertly sales within England and Wales that were lodged for registration with the Land Registry.
Taken from Land Registry. This data shows UK House Price changes in the value of residential properties across the UK and over a period of time.
Here is a collection of useful static data, primarily related to location information. This includes regional, local authority and postcode data with simple database schema files to get started as a base. This static data usually connects up with the previous data from Land Registry and can be connected to other property data from various sources.
These are dataset provided by the Land Registry divided into two sets, one commercial property data purely in the UK and another set of data with regards to Overseas companies interacting with property in the UK.
Unfortunately both data sets are not under the Open Government Licence and needs to be requested from their data team. We have provided the references below. Note that the information required to request data differs depending on whether you are an individual or a company.

Overseas Companies Ownership Data
This an integration with Google Places API to retrieve local information for given lat/long within a radius. This is a starting point on creating a more detailed area map of a location and best used with Postcode geo lat/long.
