When every xml setting is ported I plan on merging this into master. Most of the diff is just forked from Mihon, QN and #2829, and the actual changes is quite minimal. Further pull requests will be done for each screen. This PR also includes a desktop version, however it is only a template without any logic yet and is mostly a POC that will be expanded when I rewrite e.g mainpage.
