Release of version 1

This is the initial release of restraintmaker!
A tool, that can support you in restraint generation (currently distance and positions restraints). The key element of restraintmaker is the automatic distance restraint generator for dual topology approaches.

The tool can be used in a GUI mode in PyMol or in a scripting mode for the automatic generation of distance restraints.
