Summary
rs setup --forcecould report success while a worktree-scopedcore.hooksPathcontinued to override the local value. This PR writes the generated hooks path at the effective Git configuration scope and verifies the resolved hooks directory before reporting success. It also reports command-scoped overrides that cannot be persistently replaced.Related Links
