Summary
Switch the Svelte library templates to bundleless mode and drop their
./style.cssexport, following Rslib's own Svelte templates.This also upgrades
@rslib/corefrom1.0.0-beta.3to1.0.0-rc.1, which the bundleless Svelte support requires.Related Links
