Fixes Issue

• I fixed issue [OTHER] Fix 'No links found' page in the search #2545.
• I change ./components/SideNavBar/SideNavbarCategoryList.tsx file.
• I changed line no 26 "No Links Found" into "What would you like to share or ask?"
