- ci: update images for v3006.27 & v3008.2
- ci(gitlab+kitchen): update Ubuntu to version v26.04
- ci(gitlab+kitchen): update Fedora to versions v43 & v44
- ci(gitlab+kitchen): update openSUSE Leap to version v16
- ci(gitlab+kitchen): add Debian version v13
* remove v20.04 due to EOL
* remove v40 & v41 due to EOL
* remove v15.6 due to EOL
