This PR adds support for goreleaser to upload GitHub Releases at https://github.com/sameerdhoot/wolweb/releases

The release flow is triggered when using git tags.

Steps to set it up

Create a API token with the repo scope selected to deploy the artifacts to GitHub. You can create one here.
This token should be added to the environment variables as GITHUB_TOKEN.
Create a tag in the form of vx.y.z (e.g. v0.1.0)
Push it to main
