Added a schema folder as a central reference point for the Score schema

While we copy-pasted the schema file, we now have to support and sync same file in both repos. Should we choose a single place as a source of truth for the file (score-go would be a convenient place for now), and link the same file with Git submodules across other repositories that may need it?
