What?

SilverLeague is a community driven group of SilverStripe developers with the common goal of producing, maintaining and supporting high quality, well tested modules and tools, and promoting best practices.

Who?

Anyone - if you want to be involved, get going on our proposals in the issue tracker.

Why?

The PHP community already has The League of Extraordinary Packages. A few of us thought that the community could do with something similar for SilverStripe modules.

Also, because many developers is better than one developer.

We will encourage (and often enforce) following of best practices when developing or contributing for/to our modules, as well as using the right tools and utilities for the job. This includes PSR standards, development techniques, deployment methods, etc.
