This is a public project made by @skollnope.
All this project is made to be free and fully usable by anyone else.

Needs:
	- Python 3.8 or later
	- Rasa 3.1

libraries:
	- OpenAi
	- OpenAi-Whisper
	- numpy
	- pywebos
	- ...

Recommanded:
	- install anaconda to use Python, Rasa and other libraries

- Rasa Part -
To be allowed to use this project part, you need to fully install 'Rasa'.
I used the rasa open source version 3.1.
