- Terminal: typewriter command input, output appears all at once (runs once)
- Phone: standardized device frame with bezel, dynamic island and side buttons
- Phone chat loop: message, typing dots, tool spinners, diff card (loops)
- Extract mockups into dedicated landing components
- Add rise-in and caret-blink keyframes to globals.css
