This PR introduces a JSON file which defines the settings available to SDFV. This makes adding and changing settings simpler and allows for easier interaction with the available settings through VSCode and its settings interface.
Additionally, unnecessary CSS has been removed and cleaned up and a small fix to UUID based graph traversal is provided.
