My day to day job involves working on video platforms that serve over 1.4 billion views per year, touching everything from transcoding to the player. I created Mixwave in my free time, a platform that simplifies the video pipeline from ingest to playback, helping developers focus on their video products.

Adopting new video standards across the industry tends to be a slow process, but I believe we can drive change by offering a free, modern, and open alternative to the many proprietary solutions in the video market.
