Hi! I maintain badges.ws, an open-source badge generator written in Rust, and I am adding publish- and install-size badges using the Packagephobia v2 API.

Thanks for maintaining Packagephobia and making its API available.

Following the API documentation, this PR adds badges.ws to the list of API users. The client sends the following User-Agent:

Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Badges/1.0; +https://badges.ws)

To limit request volume, the integration caches Packagephobia data for each package for one hour.

Please let me know if I need to do anything else to register the client.

Added!

Curious though - how is https://badges.ws different than https://badgen.net or https://shields.io?

For example, badgen came out because shields was slow.
