fix ARD / Das Erste ID

Both, rytec EPG and Kodinerds IPTV have been using 'DasErste.de' as TV guide channel ID. Because this here uses 'ARD.de' instead, output from tools like Takealug EPG grabber doesn't display any information for ARD. Update the channel ID to make it work. Signed-off-by: André Draszik <git@andred.net>
