Prepare v1.0.0-beta.11 prerelease

Summary

• bump Switchify PC to 1.0.0-beta.11 across package, Tauri, Cargo, startup launcher, browser fallback, and configuration-test metadata
• prepare the prerelease that records and displays authenticated device last-connection times

Validation

• npm run lint
• npm test (74 frontend and Node tests passed)
• npm run build
• cargo fmt --check
• cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings
• cargo test (211 Rust unit tests and 2 config tests passed)
