  • Get rid of tld_zxuno_a100t.v

  • Get rid of the whole el_teclado structure (while remembering the PS/2 details in a way that it can be added later) and make sure to rename or replace ps2_keyb.v

  • Clean up folder structure: Let's not mix ROMs and HEX files with RTL

This fix is part of issue #9.

When switching modes, the HDMI clock would "flicker", i.e. have
glitches, during the transition. This caused the ascaler to freeze.

The fix is to ensure a glitch-free transition to an (arbitrary) backup
clock (of 50 MHz) while the MMCM is being re-programmed and finding its
new lock.
