build process

* groovy and gant

install groovy and gant to run build script

* build
run `gant` in the ant directory of the project
OR
run `gant -f <integers_directory>/ant/build.gant`

* arguments
default target - build
running gant without arguments will build library
** gant -Ddirty 
for build without checking that version of code complies with last release version
** all useful targets

| make             | generate all classes                       |
| test             | run tests                                  |
| fetchVersion     | checking complies with server version      |
| javadoc          | generate javadoc                           |
