Scaling Items

The main curios of the mod. In 1.16.5, there are 5 curios which scale the player. 1.18.2 and 1.19.2 have 4 more curios.

Every scaling item inversely scales the player's hand, making held items the same size as if the player were not scaled.

Band of Gigantism, Lesser Band of Gigantism, and Band of Dwarfism

Changes the player's size without any special effects. Damage resistance and knockback dealt both scale with the player, and attack speed scales inversely.

Ancient Globetrotter's Band

The player becomes larger upon equipping, and their speed and damage resistance are scaled as well. Attack speed scales inversely. Additionally, the player's attack damage is reduced heavily.

The amount that this band scales the player gradually increases as the band remains in the player's inventory unequipped.

Mask of Diminishment

Shrinks the player significantly. The more slots that are taken up in the player's inventory, the less effective the scaling effect is.

This item is in reference to the Kanohi Pehkui from Bionicle.

Improved Band of Dwarfism (1.18.2+)

Shrinks the player further than the Band of Dwarfism, and does not affect damage resistance.

When crafted, this item becomes the Misshapen Band of Dwarfism, which causes the player to shrink at at random amounts for random periods.

Band of Crustaceous Convergence (1.18.2+)

The player's natural regeneration is disabled. Instead, they receive Crabby when they take damage and must wait for the effect to expire to be healed all at once. When the player is healed, they grow, and their knockback dealt, damage dealt and speed are scaled as well. Attack speed scales inversely.

Band of Apathy and Band of Passion (1.18.2+)

Changes the player's scale based on the amount of experience they have. Both bands scale knockback dealt and inversely affect attack speed, and the Band of Passion scales movement speed.

In 1.19.2, wearing both bands inflicts the player with Mira Sickness, which is lethal if left to expire.
