This repository contains configuration files and output data logs for various experiments conducted with the EvoBee software.

The folders in this repository contain raw output files for each individual run of the simulation described in one of our papers.
There are three output files associated with each run, as described in the following table. The three files for a given run have filenames starting with the same description [runname]-[timestamp]-[uid], where [runname] is a descriptive name of the run (as specified by the "log-run-name" parameter in the configuration file), [timestamp] is the date and time when the run commenced, and [uid] is a random 6-digit number (provided to make it easier to identify and locate specific files).
