Regenerate the root lockfile for TinyBus v0.1.1

After this gitlink moves the TinyBus packages to v0.1.1, the root Cargo.lock still records tinybus and tinybus-module as v0.1.0. On a fresh checkout, Cargo therefore needs to rewrite the lockfile during dependency resolution, causing locked entry points such as cargo build --locked and .github/scripts/check-file-coverage.sh (which invokes cargo llvm-cov --locked) to fail. Regenerate and commit the root lockfile together with this bump.
