Workqueue analytics that replays WQ event logs with SQL window functions to measure aging and first-pass yield, and detects ping-pong claims bouncing between queues under conflicting routing rules. 1.0 precision/recall on labeled victims, 1.1M events analyzed in 7s, with a generated daily ops packet (Excel + PDF).
