5-Point-Smileys for LimeSurvey

A custom question theme that uses images for a 5-point smiley scale in LimeSurvey

Compatible with LimeSurvey versions 3.x, 5.x and 6.x.

Implementation:

1. • Manual installation (all supported versions) - Extract the download and upload the 5-Point-smileys folder to /pathToLimeSurvey/upload/themes/question/.
   • Theme manager (5.x and 6.x) - Extract the download, compress (zip) the 5-Point-smileys folder and import via the theme manager.
2. • 3.x - Create a 5 point choice question, click Save.
     
   • 5.x and 6.x - Create a 5 Point Smileys question, click Save.
     

3. 3.x - Set the question setting "Question theme" to "5-point-smileys", click Save.
   

4. The option images can be found in /pathToLimeSurvey/upload/themes/question/5-point-smileys/survey/questions/answer/5pointchoice/assets/images/.

5. The styles for the theme can be modified in /pathToLimeSurvey/upload/themes/question/5-point-smileys/survey/questions/answer/5pointchoice/assets/css/5-Point-Smiley.css.
