This is Auction factory for classic English open auction with contract owner's fee.

Participants should increase every bid and they're free to see other's bids. The auction is closed when time duration reached. Participants can claim their bid's back due to loosing auction.

When deploying, creator should set Fee (from 0 to 100 percents). Prize can be claimed only after withdrawal by seller.
