- You can set language for each question and add a picture of code as well.
- We provide default question form for beginner who are not familiar how to ask programming question.
- Get personalized answers.
- One-on-one matching system so mentor can answer based on exact situation of questioner.
- Get answer quickly.
- Since this is a chat service, the Mentee can post additional photos and ask more questions while the chat is ongoing.
- Also, with the compiler in the chat room, you can run your code in real time*(TODO)*.
- Earn money.
- Once the chat is done, the Mentee will pay Mentos*(service fee name). Mentors can be cashed out(TODO).*
- Improve your skills as well.
- By answering questions, you'll be able to review what you know and improve your own skills.
- Initially, we used ChannelTalk to take questions and answer them to see if there was a demand for a ‘chat answer service for programming questions’.
- We promoted through Everytime(university schedule service of Korea), a platform popular among college students.
- We ran the service for about two weeks, we wanted to find out how satisfied the user were by sending them a link to a satisfaction survey when they finished.
- As shown above, we saw that there was a demand for the service and that people would be willing to pay for it.
- We have started ‘Comento’, a service that matches you one-on-one via chat to answer programming questions.
