This is coming from https://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/wiki/WG_WoT_Thing_Description_WebConf#Use_Case_Discussion . This could be a process for all TFs to extract use cases from existing issues.

I have a question to @egekorkan. Is the purpose of this document to extract use cases from current issues of each TFs and to submit them to UseCases TF?

Yes exactly :) Once an issue has "Selected for Use Case" label, it should be submitted to the UseCases TF

I support this process (we are sort of following the procedure in Scripting too. Two points:

  1. It is generally easier to extract a user story from an issue than a whole Use case - I probably have to do some research but do we have a clear definition or a template about what is a use case for us? Is it an application scenario?
  2. Given that we have already started we need to update the labels to align with Ege's proposal but Github should have a renaming feature for labels, I hope it will keep the issue linked correctly.
