This PR is rather simple: I updated all the documentation links to our own docs and the Stripe docs as well. This should fix #2931 I believe. CC @csmcneill
A couple things to note for reviewers:
client/settings/payments-and-transactions-section/manual-capture-control.jshas more changes than just a URL update. It actually adds a doc link (using React) where one did not exist before. This should be reviewed, since I can't code, and just copy/pasted some React from another file. :Pdocs/api/README.mdhad its table of contents changed, but I didn't purposefully do that. Must have been some Markdown extension I have in VS Code? Anyway, that should be double-checked.
