IOGP GIGS Test Dataset release v2.1:

• All files - updated GIGS Test Dataset Version to '2.1.0' and issue date to '2022-04-29', updated modified test dataset files version to '2.1.1'
• GIGS_lib_2201_Unit (ASCII) - increased number of sig figs on 'Base units per unit' attributes, to double precision, as well as adding 'Factor b' and 'Factor c' values from EPSG Dataset
• GIGS_conv_5101_TM_input_part4 (ASCII) - reversed field order of 'Northing' and 'Easting', in both header and data array, to match coordinate system axis order
• GIGS_conv_5101_TM_output_part4_JHS (ASCII) - reversed field order of 'Northing' and 'Easting', in both header and data array, to match coordinate system axis order
• GIGS_conv_5101_TM_output_part4_USGS (ASCII) - reversed field order of 'Northing' and 'Easting', in both header and data array, to match coordinate system axis order
• GIGS_lib_2210_VerticalCRS (ASCII) - removed duplicated record '5711 AHD height'
• Added LICENCE.md to GitHub repo's
