It references a folder that it not there anymore.
replace the ported API's to the actual API's.
They are very noisy and not very useful. the list of warnings can be found at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/preprocessor/compiler-warnings-that-are-off-by-default Same as Matroska-Org/libebml@f9af4fd

This is a libmatroska2 tool/example that is ported to libmatroska (mostly libebml) 2.0 by switching to C++ and stripping all the Core-C parts.
