16th August 2014 Weekly Meeting

Minutes:
Controls - finishing off board layout, still ordering parts. When layout finished email @stephmc.
GUI - First prototype done using opengl + glut. Need to test on sabre board for ARM compatibility.
Mech - Going for rocker bogie design. Doing CAD of design which can be manufactured so we can get feedback from experts in area. CAD will be done for next weekend.
Communication - contact URC about non-line of sight (how big are the obstacles?). Need to find out if we may need to operate without comms at any point.
