  1. Fix AttributeError: 'FilePart' object has no attribute 'seekable'

    BT:

  2. Fix pyinstaller import errors

    Fixes the following exceptions:
     * ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cffi'
     * ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tempfile'
     * ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'Crypto'

  3. Package to be able to install with setuptools

     * Rename fwtool.py to fw-tool to not messup pythons import system (not a good idea to have the same name on a script and a module)
     * Move decives.yml in to fwtool module
     * Rename Licence to conform to python packaging guide lines
