The
rs setupcommand currently skips installation when it detects existing Git hooks or a customcore.hooksPath, leaving no explicit way to let Rstack take ownership. This PR adds-f, --forceto preserve the previous hook files while switching Git to Rstack hooks, explains how to reactivate the old hooks, and retains safeguards for hooks owned by another Rstack project or unmanaged target directories.
