Predict the direction of a CpG's effect on gene expression. Four evidence layers — measured eQTMs, summary-data Mendelian randomisation, per-tissue gradient-boosted models, and a distance prior — over 3.1M CpG-gene pairs. Calibrated, tiered, and abstains where the evidence is thin.
