The curvelets repository includes two separate but linked open-source, MATLAB-based software tools named CurveAlign (CA) and CT-FIRE(CTF) for curvelet transform (CT) based fibrillar collagen quantification. These tools have been continuously developed in Eliceiri Lab (aka LOCI) at University of Wisconsin-Madison over the past ten years.
