- Criteria to choose the current state of the weather monitoring points based on examples of responses received from the SOAP request. Conversation about which cases will be evaluated through a Transfer Function (range of values), and which cases will be evaluated in the weather plugin implementation (shutted down or not responding).
- Consistent release numbering schema across multiple repositories. Please read my proposal in the git branching wiki. Sebastian and myself already discussed this topic at the latest face to face meeting at Inria so this should just be a formalization of an agreed approach

iasRunto start Supervisors and Converters but useiasSupervisorandiasConverter. - Discuss communication of changes in the a component which may impact others.
- Write a comment in the issue before closing if any of the changes associated to it imply a backwards incompatibility.
