- Finished encapsulation of Core's Java Sender to Web Server (WebServerSender)
- Refactor and filtering of WebServer's CoreConsumer
- Reviewed documentation of weather station subsystems
- Reviewed plugins documentation and executed PluginExample
- Display: GUIs content revision with Emilio Barrios
- Webserver:
- Review CDB and identify which data would be needed by the WebServer
- Model and include that data in the WebServer (not reading directly from the CDB, that will be pending)
- Plugins:
- Get data from Weather Systems
- Start weather station plugin
- Presentation of Cristobal Muñoz. Work on plugins - Inria Chile Internship.
- About the plugins, it will be considered another repository for the plugins. The weather stations seems to be and independent component.
- Utils functions should be part of the core in the plugin module.
- Ale: only the functions that provide services for the core or its clients
- Comments about the current review of the required data from the CDB.
- Questions about the state of a node, with childs with alarms.
- To consider a priority on the outputs of the DASUs more than other values.
- Ale: alarms and synthetic parameters are generated by DASUs. No other values shall be used by the GUIs. In particular the monitor points coming from monitored system have the same format of the output generated by DASUs (IASValue) but are not intended to be shown by the GUIs.
- Alarms should be configured to see child alarms from parents.
- To consider a priority on the outputs of the DASUs more than other values.
- Questions about the state of a node, with childs with alarms.
- Presentation of current demo of generated messages sent to kafka, consumed by the webserver and displayed on the basic GUI.
- Observations about the states of alarms after stop receiving related messages.
- Ale: there are situation where the core does not send alarms (for example a plugin crashed). In that case the GUI shall mark such alarms as invalid. The calculation of valdity is provided by the core but must necessarily bu updated by the client. On top of that, the client (GUI) must be able to detect that an alarm has not been refreshed by the core and show as invalid with a proper color coding.
- Validity aspects should be considered in the future.
- Observations about the states of alarms after stop receiving related messages.
- VPN problems on mac. Installer for this kind of OS seems to be corrupted.
- Should be possible to download another installer from Cisco.
- ALMA Common Software plugins could be an option after the development of the Weather Station Plugin.
- Weather Station data could be considered for a next demo.
- To consider if during the development of the Weather Station plugins could be collected information about the issue #32 in the ias repository.
