- Alessandro:
- Idea to explore Django Admin for CDB implementation or modification. We still need to maintain Hibernate compatibility anyway. Alessandro will take a look a Django documentation in the meantime.
- we need to change CDB to use different TFs and run more ASCEs at the OSF in order to cope with alarms from the weather stations as per the requirements that Emilio gave us
- We need to be consistent with the environemnt and tools (scala, java, python and kafka versions for example) used at the OSF and in the development machines in Italy, in Chile (ESo and Inria) and ALMA/OSF
- Inria Team:
- We need a way to centralize logs. Inria will explore a mechanism to mount IntegratedAlarmSystemRoot/logs from an external folder (either on the local computer or in another docker container), this way all the Core services will write te logs in the same folder.
- We need to change Kafka configuration in the Docker container
- We need to include tests in the Jenkins jobs. Inria will update the jobs and run the tests inside the Docker containers (Eg: docker run python manage.py test)
